Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Organizations and Members

The Service is organized around organizations. The person who creates an organization controls its membership, agents, data, and billing. If you join an organization, the organization's owner or administrators may access, manage, and remove your access to data within that organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law, or place calls or send messages without the consent required by applicable telemarketing, privacy, or recording laws;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent that an AI agent is a human where disclosure is required;
• transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing content;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• send spam or bulk unsolicited communications.

You are solely responsible for the content and conduct of the AI agents you configure and deploy, and for obtaining all consents required to contact end users.

4. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content, knowledge base material, and data you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit Your Content.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including telephony, speech, and large language model providers (for example, Twilio, Pipecat, and others). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties' own terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

6. Fees and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage-based charges (such as call minutes or message volume) are billed as incurred. We may change pricing with notice; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI agents can produce inaccurate or unexpected output; you are responsible for reviewing and supervising their use. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectLabs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
